Heat-Not-Burn

Please refer to Omura's How To Videos for detailed instructions.

Each session lasts 3 minutes as indicated by the LEDs on the device. One stick should be used per session. The session time excludes the warm-up period which can last up to 30 seconds.

The Flowersticks are optimized for single-session usage. Replace with a new Flowerstick for each subsequent session.

Omura heat-not-burn devices use a convection oven, so it is normal for the device to get warm during use. Built-in sensors prevent overheating.

Flowersticks are biodegradable and compostable. They can be thrown away after use. Note: The base of the Flowerstick™ will be hot when removed from the oven; avoid touching the bottom once your session is completed.

Any heat from your Flowerstick™ is from the vapor you are inhaling. The first few puffs may be the warmest as water evaporates off the flower, creating what is called ‘hot puff.’ It is recommended to take a small puff during the warm-up session to help remove the water vapor before your session starts.

Ensure that the device is fully charged and that the Flowerstick is inserted correctly. If the issue persists, contact customer support for assistance.

  • Both Omura devices are pre-programmed with proprietary heat curves to ensure an optimized temperature profile throughout the session.

Unlike other vaporizers, Omura devices do not require cleaning, as the flower is contained within the Flowerstick and does not come into contact with the device. This is a significant benefit compared to other vaporizers, as you are not required to purchase and use cleaning instruments that other devices require. At most, it is recommended to turn the device upside down and tap it lightly to knock out any flower that may have fallen out of the Flowerstick.
